This course aims to provide learners with an understanding of the key basic Activities, Responsibilities and Skills required for formal writing

Objectives

Upon completion of these courses you will:

Upon completion, you will have an understanding of the concept of formal writing and how to compile formal written documents, how to complete a pocket notebook, how to write formal statements and reports. In addition, you will have the skills to use the 5 W H Model to write comprehensive reports and use the mnemonic ADVOKATE to assist with matters of identification.
