Our Company collects the following data:

When you visit us, we automatically collect information about the web browser you're using (eg Chrome, Firefox), device type, your IP address, and time zone.

The software we use for this is called Google Analytics. It places a cookie on your computer or phone and you can read more about how Google uses the information it collects.

How do we store your data?

Our Company securely stores your data in the cloud provided by a range of verified and approved sub processors who all comply to GDPR such as Google, Microsoft, Dropbox, etc. We undertake regular compliance checks with these providers to ensure continued compliance to GDPR.

Our Company will keep your data inline with our Data Retention Policy (copy available upon request). Once this time has expired, we will delete your data within 90 days (in line with our cloud provider SLA).


Our course and site is hosted by Thinkific Labs Inc. (“Thinkific”). They provide us with the online course creation platform that allow us to sell our product/services to you.

Your data is stored through Thinkific’s data storage, databases and the general Thinkific application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.


If you make a purchase on our site, we use a third party payment processor such as Stripe or Paypal. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our site and related courses and its service providers.
